Diane Campbell has loved true crime since her early twenties. The genesis as a child was the murder of a young girl by a serial killer. How the justice system failed the victim’s families still haunts her. Along with her band of closely knit internet YouTube sleuths, they take up the challenge of trying to find this new serial killer—one who only seems to strike during the frigid winter months of the Midwest.
