Rodrigo Santos is in year four of leaving his criminal lifestyle behind. He struggles to adjust to his new life as a San Antonio, Texas wedding planner. His attempts to suppress the traumatic events in Miami are threatened when Jamie-Lynn, an extreme bridezilla, enters his life. As Rodrigo navigates the chaotic world of wedding planning and owning a club, he’s confronted with the darkness of his past, triggering his OCD and plunging him into depression.
With murders occurring around him and his brides making outrageous demands, Rodrigo’s grip on reality falters. Haunted by nightmares of a little girl and her teddy bear, he’s forced to confront the evil of his past and the blurred lines between truth and hallucinations. As Rodrigo’s world unravels, he must find a way to anchor himself to reality before his fractured psyche breaks completely.

He had heard about the phenomenon known as a bridezilla. Here it was in the flesh, and events begin to spiral out of control where his only recourse may be to go back to his old ways. Meanwhile, sinister darkness shows early signs of cause and effect.

Rodrigo Santos climbs from his desert grave surrounded by blood and destruction with no recollection of how he got there. Hitching a ride back home, Rodrigo goes back to his life as a wedding planner and club owner in Austin, Texas, convinced it was all a dream.
But Austin is nothing like he remembers. Murders occur everywhere he goes. Bridezillas with wild requests fill his days, while nightmares of a little girl and her teddy bear terrorize his dreams at night. She reminds Rodrigo of the evil of his past, which triggers his OCD in full force.
Suspicions rise as the lines between truth and hallucinations blur, and Rodrigo tailspins into depression. Whether it is mental illness, purgatory, or another dimension, Rodrigo must wallow through his past to find a tether to his reality before he is sent to hell.
